Set up time and tear down time:
Auditorium is open 9 a.m. Friday till 7 p.m. for vendors.
Auditorium is open Saturday at 7:00 AM and Sunday at 8:00 AM for vendors.
Indoor vendors MUST move vehicles away from building after unloading and during the Flea Market/Hillbilly Sale
VENDORS MUST STAY TILL 4:00PM on SATURDAY and til 3:00 PM SUNDAY, EXCEPT FOR AN EMERGENCY OR BAD WEATHER (IF A VENDOR IS FOUND LEAVING EARLY YOU WILL BE CHARGED A $20.00 FINE.)
Vendors must be out of the building by 5 PM on Sunday
All boxes must be broken down and taken to the recycle bin at the Northeast corner of the Auditorium (white bin).
No merchandise in the garbage cans.
MUST HAVE TABLE CLOTHS ON ALL TABLES BEFORE UNPACKING YOUR ITEMS
Rent and Fee’s
Inside auditorium rent is $15.00 for the first table & $10.00 per table after that. $5.00 per weekend for freezer, popcorn machine, cooler, for electric per vendor. $ 1.00 per card table inside. Must be paid for in advance.
Outside vendors per weekend is $20.00 plus $15.00 per day for camping & electricity or $5 per weekend for just electric for fans, coffee pots & electrical tools.
OUTSIDE SPACE IS ON A FIRST COME FIRST SERVE BASIS ONLY, WITH SET UPS ONLY BEING ON FRIDAY. NO MORE MARKING SPACES BEFORE FRIDAY OR YOU WILL BE CHARGED $10.00 PER DAY NON ELECTRIC SPOTS AND $15.00 PER DAY FOR ELECTRIC/CAMPING.
ALL OUTSIDE SPACES ARE A 30’ BY 30’ LOT.
INDOOR & OUTDOOR VENDORS GET IN FREE WITH RECEIPT OF PAYMENT; ALL OTHERS WILL PAY AT THE GATE.
OUTDOOR VENDORS MAY SET UP YEAR AROUND & PAY THE REQUIRED FEE.
ALL VENDORS ARE REQUIRED TO CLEAN UP THEIR SELLNG AREAS BEFORE THEY LEAVE AND IF YOU BROUGHT ITEMS WITH YOU TO SELL & DIDNT SELL THEM, YOU TAKE THEM WITH YOU.
WE ARE NOT A LANDFILL!!
THIS IS A FAMILY VENUE AND NO PORNOGRAPHY WILL BE TOLERATED!!!
All outside sales of animals are to the North of the Livestock buildings.
All animals will be checked by the fairgrounds veterinarian. Make sure they have water/food and cover from heat.
Vendors selling animals are responsible for the care and wellbeing of their animals.
Any animal deemed dangerous to the public by the Fair Board or their Staff will be asked to remove the animal from the grounds immediately.
Public animals on the fairgrounds must be on a leash while walking around the grounds.
All food vendors must follow all County, State, and Federal Regulations.
All firearms must have trigger locks in place.
